Welcome Message

From the Desk of Dr Lokendra Singh - President NSI:

Dear Friends

Come December and all members of NSI get filled with a new enthusiasm as it is time to exchange news, knowledge, showcase new tricks of the trade in the field of Neurosciences, listen the masters from India and abroad and get first-hand information and feel of new gadgets in the market on a mega platform called the Annual Conference! It is also time to visit a new region of our beautiful country, see new art and culture, have long lasting fellowship with old and new colleagues and taste tantalizing recipes – all of which have become automatically a part of this package.

President's Message:

From the Desk of Dr N Muthukumar - Hony Secretary NSI:

Dear Friends

Welcome to the First Fully Virtual NSICON !.

As you are aware, the pandemic has disrupted our lives in many ways. This has led to cancellation of numerous conventional conferences for the past 18 months. These conventional meetings apart from providing learning opportunities allowed space for camaraderie, networking and reinforcement of friendships. However, in the near future, such physical meetings are impossible to conduct because of safety concerns.

From the Desk of Dr K Sridhar - Organising Chairman - NSICON 2021:

Dear Friends

The current pandemic has changed the ways we always did things, and that includes the annual conference of the Neurological Society of India. For more than half a century, neuroscientists have met in different parts of the country, during the first half of December, to discuss, debate, interact, teach and learn from one another. It was also a time to socialize, meet and greet and spend time with one’s peers from all over the country and occasionally from abroad as well.
